2. Materials: The outer housing is made of high-transmittance PMMA/PC; the base is made of high-rigidity ABS+PC / PP+TD20; the light guide strip is made of optical-grade PC;
3. Mold: The molding surface must achieve SPI A-1 grade super mirror polishing (using S136 steel); a needle valve type hot runner concealed gate is adopted; a 3D conformal cooling water channel is designed to prevent warping;
4.Injection molding challenges: Strict control of internal stress and air bubbles is required. Precision dehumidification and drying (moisture content < 0.02%), high mold temperature (100-120°C), and multi-stage slow high-pressure injection molding process are employed;
5. Treatment: The outer shell needs to be coated with a UV surface hardening coating; the shell and base are welded by hot plate/vibration friction welding, and must pass the IP67 airtightness and waterproof test 100%.
